Batteries Plus

So grateful for the ability to drive up and get a new car battery on the spot without waiting. The owner walked me to my car with an umbrella when it started raining. A+ on service!

Excellent service from start to finish. They were friendly, knew exactly what they were doing, and got us squared away with precisely what we needed. Fast, no runaround, no upsell nonsense. Highly recommend this location.

I had a fantastic experience at this location today, and I cannot recommend them enough. I worked with Derek, who was absolutely stellar. I came in needing a new battery, and he handled everything with total efficiency and a great attitude. He didn't just sell me a battery; he answered all of my technical questions and took the time to install it for me right then and there. What really impressed me was that he went above and beyond by helping me install a back taillight—a product I didn't even buy at his store. He didn't have to do that, but he did it without hesitation. He also helped me order exactly what I needed for my portable power supply and solar panel setup. Derek clearly knows his stuff and genuinely cares about helping customers get back on the road safely. If you need reliable service and someone who will actually go the extra mile, go see Derek at the Tennessee Street Batteries Plus. I’ll definitely be back for any future power or lighting needs!

Polite, however don't know that battery backups sold at Walmart are one and done. Sold/replaced battery today and failed to ensure it works before moving onto next customer. Waste of time and money. Go to Ocala FL for honest service.

Saw a Batteries Plus yard sign at Capital Circle and Tennessee Street advertising key fobs. Decided to give them a call. The employees were very knowledgeable and courteous. Pricing on the fob was less expensive than other prices received in Tallahassee. Received exceptional and professional service when I visited the store as well. Placed an order for a fob and received a call in two days that it had arrived. They programmed and rekeyed the new fob. Works perfectly as original. The store itself was very neat, clean, nice, and well stocked with much more than just batteries. Very impressed. Great location. Will return...
